La Struttura
Lo Stabile rustico è realizzato con materiali tradizionali della Gallura: Granito e Ginepro con murature color pastello; circondato da un ampio greren; dando così una forte senzazione di equilibrio uomo-natura. Dispone di spazio per ristorazione da 450 posti ai sedere, con ampia veranda vista lago ed offre agli ospiti la genuinità della gastronomia locale, prodotta dall'azienda agraria, quali: formaggi, salumi, vino, carne; non chè piatti della cucina marinara, derivazti dai prodotti del mare della vicina costa.
The Building the rustic building is built with traditional materials from Gallura, such as granite and juniper wood. Visitors admiring the light colours of the building and the large green area surrounding it feel that there is perfect balance between man and the natural environment. The restaurant (with a veranda overlooking the lake) can seat up to 450 people. Guests can enjoy local dishes prepared with ingredients from the farming resort, such as cheeses.
